Shipping Policy

  • The total amount of time it takes to fill and ship an order is dependent on whether the part is in stock, the location of the final destination, and the speed of our third-party shipping provider, UPS.
  • We CANNOT guarantee that an order will arrive by a specific time. If you have an emergency, like a broken down vehicle, you should visit your local Kia dealer.
  • In-stock orders usually ship within 48 hours. Weekend orders are usually processed within one or two business days.
  • If a part is not in-stock, it must be ordered from the manufacturer. This process may take approximately 2-7 days to arrive to us and then an additional 1-2 business days for us to ship out. After the time it takes for UPS to deliver an order, it may be several days from the time a customer places and order until the time the order is actually received.
  • Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. 
  • Depending upon location, UPS ground shipments typically take 2-7 days.
  • Oversized shipments are subject to an additional charge. If there is a shipping estimation error on our website, we reserve the right to change the charged shipping amount of the order. In that instance, we will contact the customer and notify them of the change. At that time, the customer may decline the order and a refund will be issued.
  • We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
  • Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
  • We do not ship internationally.
  • We do not ship body parts or glass.
  • We do not ship airbags.
  • In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to indefinite backorder or any other reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund your money. We apologize for any inconvenience these occurrences may cause.
  • We do not ship COD orders.
